They provide general cleaning, and have business partners that can assist their clients with carpet cleaning and flooring maintenance.
The foundation of LoCigno Cleaning Services lies in their strong adherence to integrity, dependability, and being very detailed orientated. The owner, Anthony “Tony” LoCigno, a native to the Rochester area, is an accredited Certified Business Manager and brings with him nearly 26 years of proactive commercial cleaning experience. His detailed demeanor and dedication to reliability and dependability has allowed LoCigno Cleaning Services to become a f forerunner among area commercial cleaning companies.
Their ultimate goal is to satisfy their clients. There is nothing more rewarding than when a client can walk into their business and feel satisfied that their place looks sharp.
This kind of client satisfaction can go both ways. One of their client’s is a dental practice in Webster. While cleaning one Saturday morning a few months ago, the dentist came in to see a patient. During their greetings, Tony happened to mention that his wife was having some significant issues with a fractured tooth. The dentist told him to have her stop in immediately and he would take care of her. She came in and he was able to assist her and they were very grateful. It made an impression on Tony as to what customer satisfaction is all about.
Tony and his family are very active serving in their local place of worship. Tony is also an active Webster Chamber member.
