April 2026 Business of the Month
Ryndock Realty, LLC

Ryndock Realty was founded from a deeply personal turning point in Sylvia Ryndock’s life. In 2013, after being diagnosed with cancer, Sylvia was inspired to pursue a long-considered goal of obtaining her real estate broker’s license. Following an arduous 16-month battle, she emerged with a renewed perspective: “You never know how long you have on this earth.” This realization motivated her to fully commit to building a business grounded in purpose and service.
At its core, Ryndock Realty reflects Sylvia’s vision of a more personalized, educational, and service-driven approach to real estate. She is passionate about helping clients navigate significant life transitions, make informed decisions, and build lasting financial security for their families. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: real estate is ultimately about people and relationships.
Ryndock Realty’s mission, “Where Our Heart is in Your Home,” embodies the company’s commitment to serving clients with integrity, compassion, and excellence. The goal is not only to help clients find a house, but to guide them in discovering a place they can truly call home.
Sylvia finds the greatest fulfillment in the relationships she builds and the opportunity to support clients during meaningful moments in their lives. She believes real estate extends far beyond transactions—it is about trust, connection, and guiding people through change with confidence. Her thoughtful and empathetic approach ensures that clients feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. Witnessing the joy, relief, and peace of mind her clients experience is what makes her work so rewarding.
Beyond her business, Sylvia is deeply committed to community involvement and leadership. She serves on the Webster Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and its Marketing & Communications Committee. She is also actively engaged with the Wayne County Business Council and Genesee Valley Aglow International and has previously served on the boards of the Williamson Community Center and the Impact Theater Drama Group.
Sylvia and her husband, Mark, also lead New Breed Fellowship, an in-person and online gathering held at Ryndock Realty’s office, welcoming others to join them each Sunday.
Her passion for community outreach is evident in her many service initiatives. Sylvia has volunteered preparing taxes for seniors, leads a jail ministry supporting incarcerated women through her “Begin Again” program, and played a key role in bringing the first mobile mammography unit to her community. She continues to host mobile mammogram events at her office multiple times each year.
As a breast cancer survivor and someone who has experienced personal loss, Sylvia brings a unique depth of compassion, resilience, and understanding to her work. Her ability to connect with clients on both a professional and personal level allows her to offer not just a service, but meaningful support.
Congratulations to Ryndock Realty, the Webster Chamber of Commerce April 2026 Business of the Month.
