Enrollment for Medicare Insurance is available for all newly eligible to Medicare. Medicare Insurance Annual Open Enrollment is October 15th to December 7th for effective date of January 1st.
If you have a Medicare Insurance special enrollment (loss of coverage, moving, etc.) you can enroll in a new Medicare Advantage when that event occurs.
Health insurance enrollment for individuals & sole proprietors renews annually between November 16th and December 15th for effective changes on January 1st. Medicaid (including Essential) and Child Health Plus are renewed on the anniversary of your initial enrollment.

The Webster Chamber of Commerce provides health and dental insurance enrollment assistance to any individual or business in the Greater Rochester Area. You don't need to belong to the Chamber to get help with health insurance selection and enrollment. There is no cost to you for health insurance enrollment.
We offer enrollment assistance in Qualified Health Insurance, Medicare Advantage, Medigap/Supplemental and Part D for individuals, sole proprietors, as well as small and large businesses. The Chamber has been providing health insurance enrollment assistance since 1938!
The Chamber offers enrollment assistance regardless of age, from most every insurance carrier that serves our region, including Aetna, Excellus, Fidelis, MVP Health Care, and United Healthcare. Enrollment is also available through the NY State of Health Marketplace. The NYS Marketplace is the only place to obtain employer tax credits, advanced premium tax credits for individuals and families, Child Health Plus, and Medicaid.
