Business of the Month
Our April Business of the Month is ESL Federal Credit Union. The Webster branch is located at 1055 Ridge Road in Webster. Initially established in 1920 by George Eastman to provide his employees at Eastman Kodak with a financial institution, ESL has grown to become one of the most recognizable, reliable, and trusted financial institutions in the Greater Rochester area.
ESL Federal Credit Union's strives to provide financial guidance and solutions to the people and businesses in our community. Their mission is to deliver superior experiences to their members and share their success with the community. With over 900 employees, ESL Federal Credit Union has been able to make a significant impact in the community. They have invested $70 million in grants since 2018, and their members have received 27 consecutive owner dividends totaling $240 million.
One of the things employees love most about ESL Federal Credit Union is their commitment to community involvement. They have a program called VolunCare, which allows their employees up to 8 paid hours a year to volunteer in the community. This demonstrates one of the many way they are dedicated to making our community a better place to live, work, and play.
At ESL, helping our community and members reach their financial goals is what we do best. The team at the Webster branch, led by Edward Frank, Sarah Johnson, and Lou Anne DeMagistris, is always eager to help their members and share stories, successes, difficulties, and hopefully some laughs. They are a fun and friendly team, and we hope you will visit them sometime.
We are proud to recognize ESL Federal Credit Union as our April 2023 Business of the Month. Their commitment to providing superior financial guidance and solutions to our community, and their dedication to community involvement, make them a valuable asset to our community. Congratulations to the entire team at ESL Federal Credit Union.
