Welcome!  My path to becoming a therapist started before I was even aware of where I was headed. While working as an EMT and Personal Trainer I found myself wanting to help people in a more whole (or holistic) way. I wanted to collaborate with other providers and show the people I worked with that they COULD reach their goals, especially if they had someone to support and guide them.

 I've had the amazing opportunity to work with many different medical professionals and specialties and found a particular interest in those who were struggling with high risk pregnancy, postpartum mood disorders, grief including miscarriages and infant loss and of course the ever present anxiety that typically tags along with these stressors. 

 As a wife, and mom of two (one pregnancy being high risk), I was in a unique position to see from the inside how difficult it can be to reach out for help. My hope is reach those who are going through a difficult time and may have otherwise stayed silent. Know that you don't need to "grin and bear it." Let works together to make this time of your life smooth and enjoyable!
