We use the finest ingredients to make our Scottish shortbread. Irish butter from grass fed cows, the finest grind of sugar and flour sourced from the best purveyors in our area. We make different versions of our shortbread and have flavors like Orange Cranberry and Whisky Pecan to name a few.
