Our first steps into entrepreneurship began not with a happy story but a challenging chapter: our beloved dog was diagnosed with bone cancer. In our efforts to provide her the best comfort care possible, we were also determined to find a better way to handle the unglamorous task of cleaning up after her. I was a Registered Nurse with some awareness of cleaning chemicals, and my husband Tony was a police officer and Chief of our local fire department who had similar professional knowledge. Together, we embarked on a journey that would redefine our lives.
What started as a modest carpet and tile cleaning side gig quickly evolved into a comprehensive business, offering services ranging from upholstery cleaning to fire restoration. Our commitment to excellence attracted a growing team, including our son, now our operations manager, and our daughter, a State Trooper who works with us part-time.
Driven by a dedication to serve our community, we operate our family business with two guiding principles: treating everyone as part of our family and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. With our backgrounds in healthcare and emergency services, we understand the importance of reliability and attention to detail, as well as the need to never compromise on quality, regardless of time or circumstance.
While our services may include routine cleaning tasks, it is during times of crisis—water backups, trauma cleanups, or minor fires—that our first responder training truly shines. Our technical expertise is complemented by compassion and emotional support, helping homeowners navigate the aftermath of devastating events and other significant life disruptors.
Although we may no longer wear the uniforms of first responders, our business allows us to continue serving our community in ways we never imagined. With gratitude for the support we’ve received, our family remains committed to making a difference—one clean-up at a time.
